By accessing or using websgrow.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
WebsGrow provides digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising (Google/Meta Ads), Content Creation, Website Design and Development, Email Marketing, and Analytics and Reporting. Specific deliverables and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements.
Who you are paying. Orders placed through the checkout on this site are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues your invoice, collects any sales tax or VAT owed in your country, and is the name that appears on your card or bank statement. Your purchase contract is with Paddle; your agreement for the work itself is with Webs Grow under these Terms. Send billing, invoice and tax questions to Paddle, and questions about the work to us.
Both parties agree to keep proprietary and non-public information confidential. This obligation survives termination for two (2) years.
WebsGrow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
WebsGrow does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes and market conditions.
Either party may terminate with written notice as specified in the service agreement (typically 30 days). You are responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.
Webs Grow operates from Pakistan, and these Terms are governed by Pakistani law. This does not take away any consumer right you hold where you live. If a mandatory consumer protection law in your own country or state gives you a right that conflicts with these Terms, that law wins.
Disputes about the work are settled first by good-faith discussion between us, and then by binding arbitration if that fails. Disputes about a charge, a refund or a tax belong with Paddle, who took the payment and is the merchant of record for the transaction — their buyer terms cover that part of the sale.
