What the agreement means
You commit to twelve months. In exchange the $1100 build fee is waived entirely — that is the whole trade. Nothing else differs: the same work, the same monthly figure, the same people.
Which version suits you
If cash flow matters more than total cost, take this one. If you would rather own the build outright and keep the freedom to stop after a month, take the one-off version. Over twelve months the one-off version costs more up front and less overall.

What if I want to leave before twelve months?
The remaining months of the agreement become payable, because the build fee was waived against them. We will set this out plainly in writing before you sign.
Do I still own the website?
Yes. The site, the domain, the accounts and the content are yours throughout and afterwards.
What happens after the twelve months?
It continues month to month with 30 days’ notice either way, at the same price unless we have agreed otherwise.
