What a hosting revision covers
Twice a month we will make a server-side change for you: a redirect, a PHP version bump, a cache rule, a staging refresh, a DNS record. Content and design edits are not included here — the Care plan covers those.

What happens after you order
We migrate the site, point the domain, install SSL and test every page before anything changes for your visitors. Most moves are done inside one working day, and nothing goes live until it is checked. If the site is already with us, there is no migration at all.

Is there a contract?
No. It is monthly, and you can stop with 30 days’ notice. The site and the domain are yours either way, and we hand over whatever you need to move elsewhere.
What happens to my domain if I leave?
It stays yours. A domain included with a plan is registered in your name, not ours, so you can transfer it away whenever you want.
How fast is support?
Same working day for anything that is not urgent, and immediately for a site that is down. You reach the people who built the site, not a ticket queue.
Do you handle updates?
Yes. Core, plugins and themes are updated on a staging copy first, checked, and only then pushed live, so an update cannot quietly break a page.
