1. Overview
WebsGrow is committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
2. Service-Based Engagements
- Before Work Begins: Full refund of any upfront payment made.
- After Work Has Begun: No refund for work already completed. A pro-rata refund may be issued for prepaid services not yet delivered, at our discretion.
- Completed Deliverables: Payments for delivered and approved work are non-refundable.
3. Subscription & Retainer Services
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial-month refunds are issued upon cancellation.
4. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Issued
- WebsGrow fails to deliver the agreed scope within the specified timeframe through no fault of the client.
- A significant error on our part materially impacts the deliverable.
- A duplicate charge or billing error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery or billing date.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Domain registrations, hosting fees, or software licenses purchased on your behalf
- Rush or expedited service charges
- Any services where the deliverable has been approved and accepted
6. How to Request a Refund
Email websgrowagency@gmail.com with subject line “Refund Request” including your name, company, service in question, invoice number, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you ordered through the checkout on this site, the payment was taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so the refund is issued by Paddle back to the card or account you paid from. You can raise a refund request with us using the address below, or directly with Paddle through the receipt they emailed you — either route reaches the same place.
